Explanation of X-ray Billing

When x-rays are taken at our South Point office, you will receive one bill from The Orthopaedic Center for Spinal and Pediatric Care,  which includes the x-ray (technical component) and the reading of the x-ray (professional component.) 

When x-rays are taken at our Children’s Medical Center office, Troy office or Middletown office, you will receive two bills. One bill will be for the x-ray (technical component) and one for the reading of the x-ray (professional component.)  Please see the following list for contact information.  Please check with your insurance company to be sure these facilities are covered under your plan.*

*It is not the responsibility of the Orthopaedic Center to be sure your insurance covers the above x-ray facilities.
